Sometimes an image helps us express what goes beyond words.
The Caleidoscopio Cards No. 3 are a set of photo cards for coaching, training, workshops and teamwork. They help bring thoughts, feelings and experiences into the conversation.
For the Friends Edition, eleven other people contributed their own photographs alongside the set’s initiators. As a result, this edition brings together a wide variety of subjects, moods and photographic styles.
The images spark associations. An image can evoke memories, reveal unexpected connections or help us look at a situation differently. In this way, the cards provide prompts for reflection and exchange.
Caleidoscopio Cards can enrich a wide range of conversations: as an opening to a workshop, during check-ins and check-outs, for feedback and reflection, when people are getting to know one another, or in coaching sessions. A question such as ‘Which image reflects your current situation?’ can lead to unexpected thoughts and conversations.
Selected together
More than 150 photographs were considered for the Friends Edition. As with the previous sets, over 50 practitioners viewed the images together at Picture Parties and voted on which ones should make the shortlist. Step by step, this process produced the final selection.
