The Open Issue 2025 is out now! The Open Issue has become an annual feature of AI Practitioner, The International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry. It is the one issue that doesn’t have a linking theme for the articles. Instead, authors share their thoughts, their interests and their passions related to Appreciative Inquiry.
This edition features two bilingual articles - one exploring Appreciative Inquiry’s expanding influence in Africa and another offering insights from South America. Contributions span the globe, from North and South America to Africa, from Northern Ireland and Wales to Belgium, showcasing not just the breadth of topics but also the cultural and geographical reach of Appreciative Inquiry. As one author in this issue aptly describes it, Appreciative Inquiry is more than a methodology - it is an Appreciative Paradigm that continues to shape people, organisations and communities worldwide.
