So much is happening, both in the world and in our own lives. Sometimes it can feel as though everything is demanding our attention at once. The busyness of everyday life, expectations, and concerns about developments in the world around us. The complexity only seems to be increasing. How can I make a positive difference?
Amidst all this, it is important to occasionally create space to slow down, pause and ask ourselves some essential questions. What truly matters to me? Where do I want to invest my time and energy? What choices do I make in response to the big questions of our time?
Joeri, Anne Marie and Korbi invite you to join them on a journey to the beautiful Sant Aniol Valley, nestled in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees. A place to fall in love with, where you can wander endlessly along mountain trails, scramble over rocks and take a refreshing dip in an emerald-green mountain pool along the way. Time and space to recharge and reconnect with yourself, with nature and with what truly matters to you as a person, leader and professional.
To us, leadership is not about a role or position, but about the ability to be fully present, to notice what is happening around us and, from there, to take responsibility for what matters. For ourselves, for others and for the world we are part of.
